SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products.  This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer 2nd class delivery only at customers expense.  In some cases a third party supplier maybe managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your product.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free 2nd class UK shipping to our customers.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

No, our product is classed as a medical device and requires regulation in order to sell.  We are currently regulated in the United Kingdom only. 

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Yes, UK shipping only.

2nd class delivery - (estimated) aim to deliver in two to three working days including Saturdays

All times and dates of delivery are given in good faith in relation to Royal Mail and are estimates only.  This does not effect your statutory rights.  Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery and deliverys will be made within 30 days after the day of order acceptance.  For more information refer to our 'Terms'. 

Once your order is posted, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking reference number.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed due to dispatch we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated delivery date.

This does not effect your statutory rights, please refer to out 'Terms'.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECIEVE MY ITEM?

Check the tracking number provided.  If you have issues, contact Royal Mail providing the tracking information number.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  

THE BRUSH MUST BE UNUSED in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
